As we scale our go-to-market engine, we're looking for a GTM Engineer who leads with business thinking and backs it up with technical execution. This isn't a pure automation role - it's about owning demand generation strategy, collaborating closely with sales, and building campaigns that create real pipeline. The Role
As a GTM Engineer, you'll own the strategy and systems that power our go-to-market motion. This isn't just about building automations - it's about thinking critically about what campaigns to run, which audiences to target, and how to drive meaningful pipeline. You'll co-design demand generation strategies with our sales team and then bring them to life through smart automation.
This is a business-first role with technical depth. You'll have full ownership of our demand gen engine - from campaign ideation and audience strategy to execution and optimization. We're looking for someone who can think like a marketer, collaborate like a partner, and build like an engineer.
What You'll Do
- Own Demand Generation Strategy: Design and co-create campaigns with sales - define target audiences, messaging angles, and channel mix. You're not just executing someone else's playbook; you're building it.
- Design & Run Campaigns: Plan, launch, and iterate on outbound and inbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, multi-touch sequences) that generate qualified pipeline - not just vanity metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work hand-in-hand with sales to align on ICP, refine messaging, and ensure leads are ready to convert. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing and revenue.
- Build Smart Automation: Turn winning campaign strategies into scalable, automated workflows using tools like Make, n8n, Clay, and HubSpot.
- Optimize the Funnel: Own lead scoring, routing logic, and conversion optimization. Use data to identify what's working and double down.
- Track & Report on Performance: Build dashboards that matter. Tie campaigns to revenue outcomes, not just clicks and opens.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure CRM hygiene and seamless data flow across the GTM stack.

Demand Gen & Business Acumen
- Proven demand gen experience: You've designed and executed campaigns that generated real pipeline - and you can demonstrate the results
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, ICP definition, and account-based strategies
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on campaign strategy and lead handoff
- Data-driven mindset: you make decisions based on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks - you think in terms of pipeline impact
Technical & Automation Skills
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Ability to translate campaign strategies into automated workflows using tools like Make, n8n, Zapier, or Clay
- Familiarity with APIs/webhooks for custom integrations
- Comfort with basic scripting or analytics (SQL, JavaScript, Python, or similar is a plus)
- Experience with email deliverability best practices and domain warming
Soft Skills
- Ownership mentality - you don't wait to be told what to do; you identify opportunities and run with them
- Strong collaborator - you build trust with sales and can influence without authority
- Excellent communicator who can articulate strategy, not just tactics
- Proactive, curious, and eager to experiment with new campaign ideas and automation patterns

Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience owning demand gen at an early-stage B2B company
- Track record of building campaigns from scratch that scaled
- Experience with AI-driven outreach and enrichment tools (LLMs, intent data platforms)
- Analytics or dashboarding experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar
- Understanding of GDPR and email compliance requirements
